There was absolutely no pressure to buy. Instead, they took the time to explain the differences between the knives and helped make the selection process both interesting and enjoyable.

They took their time time explaining the different types of knives and how to care for them, what style of knife would suit the purpose. The whole experience was warm and pleasant. Highly recommend this shop, will be returning when I am in need of a knife or sharpening service.
