He and his team did an excellent job fixing my knife handle, with great attention to detail and impressive craftsmanship. What really stood out was their willingness to help beyond just selling products. When I asked for advice on removing rust from my knives, Dan readily recommended a rust eraser for DIY maintenance, and it worked!

It’s rare to find someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely willing to share his experience and help fellow knife enthusiasts.

The service was amazing! The female specialist who attended to me was extremely patient and clear in explaining the different knives, and finding ones to suit my needs. Instead of pushing towards buying, she patiently advised me to carefully take time to decide. Modest collection of knives that ranges from santoku to petty, and they sell additional cookware like chef’s press, whetstones, mandoline, chopping boards etc But again, Im most impressed with the service 👍
